Register your system login

Serving officers only. Your service number is matched against the HR personnel register — the school reads your name from that file, never from what you type — then you set your email and password. The login is linked to your officer record, so your portal, duty roster and training file all open on the same identity.

This page issues the Officer role only and creates no login unless your service number exists in the personnel register. Extra duties (Duty Officer, Gate Keeper, Instructor) are added to your account by HR. If your number is not found, report to the School Registrar before registering.
